Kitt Carr her own early hopes of becoming a drummer to helping turn other people's dreams of cracking the music industry into reality with her key role at Wide Events.

Kitt Carr has always loved music. In the early days she wanted to be a drummer. Later she wanted to manage bands and take them on the road.

In the end she has landed somewhere in between, which for emerging music professionals has turned out to be a good thing.

As the person who pulls together world class events such as Off The Record Scotland and Wide Days, she is connecting the doers and the influencers with the talent and creatives of tomorrow in a way no-one else has.

In Ep21 of Good Stuff In Between she talks about what is involved in making that happen, what are the biggest challenges and barriers to entry as she sees them, where more work needs done and where opportunities lie.
